REMEMBER! Your certificate will be mailed from USATC within 15 business days (21 calendar days).
If you completed the class and your certificate has not arrived 3 weeks thereafter, call us at 903-723-5353
If you received your certificate and have either lost or damaged it, call us at 903-723-5353 for a replacement. Cost is $15.
If the information on your certificate is inaccurate, the judge may not accept it. To have corrections made, please call us at 903-723-5353. Cost is $15.
